You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining eligible Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated bank account within the standard processing window, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Standard KYC review is completed within 1–24 hours on Business Days. Submissions received outside Business Hours are processed on the next available Business Day. You will receive an email notification upon approval or if additional documents are required.

If you make a deposit using someone else's payment method—even with their consent—your Account will be suspended pending investigation. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error (including odds or RTP errors caused by software faults), pola4d reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. Winnings generated from a known or obvious error will not be honored.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally accepted arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause limits pola4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.
